Went in for a Safety Inspection and staff were so nice and welcoming. They seemed to enjoy working there. Luckily, nothing was wrong from my inspection, but even if there was, I felt that they were trustworthy. The inspection itself took about 20-30 minutes, and they let us sit inside as the air quality outside was poor.

Arrived at 12:45 pm for emissions testing, the service person decided at that time he would take lunch and would be back in an hour. Zero cars in the bays. Maybe put an Out to lunch sign. Sign says 7 to 6 pm so I came close to 1 thinking they lunched at 12.

Bill is awesome as a manager, and the mechanics there have good judgement! I've been going to that station for longer than any of your employees have been working there, and I really appreciate the consistent good work done on my cars for the past 35 years. I have tried a couple of other places to work on special vehicles, and after a couple of astoundingly bad experiences, my plan is to stick with Vienna Sunoco.

Made an appointment to balance tires and address rattling noise. The day before the scheduled appointment, the rattling got louder. Drove to the Hunters Woods Chahel Automotive at 12:30; they gave me a ride to my house 4 miles away. The mechanics diagnosed the loud noise as an almost blown water pump. Steve got the parts in, assigned 2 mechanics to work on my car, and it was ready by 5:30 the same day. AMAZING. The car is driving great. My beloved 2006 Honda Civic will live another day to make 200,000 miles with Team Chahel!
