Simon was incredibly helpful when my car’s engine suddenly died on me. He was extremely kind, understanding, and generous throughout the entire situation. I really appreciated that they never tried to take advantage of the circumstances or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. They even provided me with a loaner car, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
