Honest assessment of work needed!

Vienna Sunoco is the only place I take my car for maintenance and repairs. When I need to drop off my car for service the manager drives me home and picks me up when the car is ready. The last time I was there the technician, unasked, cleaned white streaks of paint off a fender where the car scraped against my garage door and waxed the fender! Great friendly place, very helpful, efficient, quick service.

Excellent service! Bill and John are true professionals.

Stay away from this place. We brought our car in and they quoted us $8,000, lying about what was needed. The car itself is worth nowhere close to that, and instead of explaining this to us and working with us on a solution, they quoted us an absurd amount for things that were not an issue in the first place. We took it to our other local shop that we trust, and they confirmed that nothing major was wrong with the car except a few fixes that totaled $900. They will also charge you $150+ just to look at your car and say that they "ran analytics" on the car. They did this every time we've taken a car in, even if the change required no analytics and just a simple fix like changing a light. You can find so many other auto service centers that are trustworthy.

Bill was great - helpful as always. Thank you!

Simon was incredibly helpful when my car’s engine suddenly died on me. He was extremely kind, understanding, and generous throughout the entire situation. I really appreciated that they never tried to take advantage of the circumstances or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. They even provided me with a loaner car, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

David and Jose were extremely help in helping me getting new brakes installed with a frozen screw. They were super fast as well in and out in only 30ish minutes.
